I’m Volker – I’ve been there, done it. On the coal face, growing start-ups to exit, accelerating scale-ups, and I’ve done the corporate tour too, leading big teams, driving revenue, turning things around.
I consider myself a craftsman of clarity, a clarity architect. I don’t fix people, I work with them – like a craftsman works with raw wood: Carefully, honestly, with respect what’s already there. Predominately, I work as a leadership coach and advisor for start-ups and scale-ups, Series A-C. I help founder, CEOs and senior teams sharpen focus, build high-performing cultures, and lead with clarity and confidence as they grow. And if we hit a road block that need therapeutic intervention, or if hypnotherapy for stress reduction is required – I can help with both.
I appreciate it’s a new field to combine the two – trust me it works, and we contract as we go along. I become, what many would call a Personal Consultant.
